Touchme Child Safety Standards

Protecting children is not a slogan — it requires a closed loop of prevention, detection, and response. Below is our complete protection framework.

I. Prevention — Keeping Threats Out

Age gate

Touchme's services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. Registration requires entering a date of birth; the system automatically calculates age and blocks applicants who do not meet the threshold. We prohibit anyone from:

• Circumventing age restrictions by misrepresenting their date of birth;
• Using another person's identification documents or account credentials to register;
• Helping a minor create or use a Touchme account while knowing the person is a minor;
• Suggesting, enticing, or coaching a minor to participate in Platform social interactions.

Content firewall

A dual mechanism of automated models and human review intercepts suspected violative uploads at the point of submission. Content flagged as high-risk by the system is held from publication and queued for manual review.

Safety by design

Features that could be exploited to target minors — such as precise location sharing — are disabled by default. Chat includes built-in sensitive-word filtering, and suspicious external links are automatically blocked with a warning to the user.

II. Detection — Surfacing Hidden Threats

Automated signal detection

Our risk control system continuously scans for the following anomalous signals:

• Inconsistencies between a newly registered account's stated age and other data (e.g., birth date contradicts age mentioned in chat);
• Child-related sensitive vocabulary or patterns of soliciting contact information in chat text;
• Abnormal bursts of friend requests or private messages within a short time window;
• Suspected sock-puppet accounts using virtual avatars and false identity information;
• Images uploaded that appear to contain minors, detected via content analysis.

Human review

Suspicious content flagged by automated detection is routed to a human review queue. The review team renders a determination within 24 hours and takes appropriate action based on the outcome.

User reporting

Every user can flag suspicious content or behavior with one tap using the in-app report button (accessible on every user profile and next to every chat message). Report submissions receive priority handling.

III. Response — Zero Tolerance, Immediate Action

Touchme maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following conduct, once confirmed, triggers immediate action:

• Producing, uploading, disseminating, or storing any material involving child sexual exploitation or abuse;
• Engaging in sexual suggestion, harassment, threats, manipulation, or other harmful conduct targeting minors;
• Soliciting inappropriate content from minors through chat, images, video, or any other means;
• Using Platform features to locate, contact, or attempt to meet minors offline;
• Publishing information that praises, glorifies, or encourages acts of harm against children.

Enforcement measures (escalating by severity)

• Minor violation: delete violative content + restrict certain features + warning notice;
• Moderate violation: freeze account for 30 days + delete all content;
• Severe violation (including CSAE): permanent ban of account and associated devices + preserve complete violation records;
• Suspected criminal offense: report to relevant law enforcement authorities and provide necessary information as permitted by law.

IV. Reporting Channels

If you encounter any of the following on the Platform, please tell us immediately:

• An account that appears to belong to someone under 18;
• Any pornographic, suggestive, or indecent content involving children;
• Someone attempting to solicit contact information or private photos of a minor from you or others;
• Suspicion that a user is contacting or grooming a minor.

Report method one (recommended): Use the Touchme in-app reporting function — tap the "Report" option in the top-right menu of the user's profile or in the chat window menu, select the report type, and submit.

Report method two: Email service@touchme-chat.com with relevant screenshots and a detailed description where possible.

All reports are reviewed and processed within 48 hours.

V. Child Data Protection

Touchme prohibits minors from using its services, and therefore we never proactively gather any child's personal information.

If, unfortunately, we obtain data relating to a minor due to the following unforeseen circumstances — a user misrepresenting their age during registration, fraudulently using an adult's identity, or a system identification error — after verification we will:

• Immediately delete all information pertaining to the minor involved;
• Ban the adult account that facilitated the minor's registration;
• Analyze the root cause and patch the protection gap to prevent recurrence.

All user data protection follows the Touchme Privacy Policy.

VI. Third-Party Partner Safety

We may engage third-party technical service providers for risk identification models, data security audits, and content moderation tooling. All partners must sign data protection agreements; data processing is strictly confined to the contracted service scope; upon contract termination, data is returned or destroyed.

VII. Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Child online safety is a marathon with no finish line. We will continuously track:

• New developments in child protection legislation globally;
• Every update to Google Play platform safety policies;
• The latest guidance from authoritative bodies such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children);
• Emerging threat patterns and best-practice defenses across the industry.

And upgrade our protection framework accordingly. Touchme is committed to being a social platform with zero tolerance for child harm and full accountability to its users.
