Touchme Terms of Service

These Terms revolve around three core relationships: your rights → your obligations → our responsibilities. Please read each section carefully.

I. When Do These Terms Take Effect?

This is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Filandou, the developer of Touchme, governing your use of the Touchme application. By doing any of the following, you accept all provisions of these Terms and the Touchme Privacy Policy:

• Completing Touchme account registration;
• Logging into the Touchme application;
• Accessing or using any Platform feature in any manner.

If you disagree with any provision, cease use immediately.

II. Your Eligibility Rights

To use Touchme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Possess full legal capacity to independently bear legal responsibility;
• If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have been duly authorized by that entity.

Do not register or use this App if any of the above does not apply to you.

III. Your Conduct Obligations

On the Touchme Platform, you commit to refraining from the following:

Posting prohibited content

• Harassing messages, death threats, doxxing, or cyberbullying;
• Fake profiles impersonating another person;
• Phishing links — URLs that appear normal but lead to lookalike sites designed to steal passwords;
• Malware — inducing others to download files containing viruses or trojans;
• Any form of hate speech, racial discrimination, or regional attacks.

Perpetrating fraud

• Feigning romantic interest to extract money (romance scams);
• Registering multiple accounts under false identities to send advertisements;
• Filling out entirely fabricated profile information.

Disrupting Platform operations

• Sending unsolicited mass messages to strangers;
• Using third-party plugins or scripts for automated actions (e.g., auto-matching, auto-liking);
• Stealing, selling, or transferring another user's account;
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities to farm virtual items or membership benefits;
• Launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or attempting to crack the client application.

Additionally, you must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

IV. Payments and Subscriptions

Touchme offers free basic features and paid premium services (membership subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases). All payments are processed exclusively through the Google Play billing system. We never store your bank card details or payment credentials in any form.

Important points about subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle;
• To cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the current period ends, via Google Play → Account → Payments & Subscriptions → Manage Subscriptions;
• If not canceled on time, the next cycle's charges will be deducted automatically;
• Deleting the Touchme app or closing your Touchme account does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription — these are separate systems; you must cancel manually.

V. Our Intellectual Property

The following are the intellectual property of Touchme, protected by copyright law, trademark law, and applicable international treaties: the app name and logo, overall interface visual design, client and server program code, image and icon asset libraries, written content, the matching algorithm, and other original feature designs.

Without express written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, decompile, scrape, or commercially exploit any of the above.

VI. Your Content License

Original content you post on Touchme — text updates, photos, and other materials — remains your intellectual property. However, to enable the Platform to display this content normally (e.g., so other users can view your profile), you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, distribute, and technically optimize it, solely within the Platform. You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the content.

VII. Our Liability Limitations

Touchme is, at its core, a technical tool for connecting people. We provide matching recommendations and instant messaging functionality, but we do not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any private interactions between users.

In practical terms:

• Chat conversations, emotional exchanges, and offline meetings are all autonomous acts — you bear the associated risks;
• You should independently verify the authenticity of those you interact with and protect your privacy and physical safety;
• Any disputes, emotional harm, or financial losses arising from private interactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved; the Platform disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

VIII. Consequences of Violations

We reserve the right to take the following measures against accounts found in violation:

• Issuing a warning with a deadline for corrective action;
• Restricting certain features (e.g., disabling private messaging);
• Temporarily freezing the account (typically 7-30 days);
• Permanently banning the account and associated devices;
• Deleting all violative content and related data.

Remaining membership time is neither refunded nor converted to cash for accounts sanctioned due to violations. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported to law enforcement as permitted by law.

IX. Minor Protection

Touchme does not accept users under 18. See the Touchme Child Safety Standards for more information.

X. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operates. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve it through amicable negotiation.
